Nearly every individual across the nation has been in the situation where they are trying to make a change to a specific account over the phone and they have a limited window of time to get it done. But the problem is that they are dealing with an automated system and there is simply no option for the services they require. The situation becomes frustrating and unmanageable very quickly. Other customers may have been in a similar situation in which they wait for the option to speak to a live operator but then have to wait for a long period of time for an operator to get to their concern. A lunch break only lasts for so long and in most cases a live operator is only available during certain periods of the day. Problems such as these do major damage to a company in the minds of the consumers when it comes to customer service.
